- Avena Botanicals - This herbal apothecary in Maine is the site of lovely gardens, interesting classes and the home of well-known herbalist, Deb Soule. If you ever have the opportunity to hear Deb speak, as I have, please do. She has a wealth of knowledge and green spirituality.
- Sage Mountain - This herbal retreat center in Vermont is run by Rosemary Gladstar. She is an essential organizer of the Annual Women's Herbal Conference in New Hampshire which I highly recommend. At the site you'll find information on classes, conferences as well as retreats.
- Herbal Gram - This online resource is provided through the American Botanical Council. It provides authoritative articles and information on the research and regulation of herbal use.
- Southwest School of Botanical Medicine - Michael Moore's site provides a huge index of articles and resources as well as a very large number of images. The images can be useful in getting to know the herbs that are growing around you.
- Herbal Research Center Resources - Check out the resources from this non-profit, science based organization for the latest news and many other resources. Be sure to click on their "Green Papers".
